This solar hybrid system uses a Deye 100kw/125kw hybrid inverter with 100kwh/125kwh high voltage lithium battery cluster. It helps you use more solar energy, reduce peak demand charges, and provide backup power during outages. 1. PV strings produce DC electricity, which is combined in the PV combiner box and sent to the hybrid inverter.
2. The inverter first supplies power to the local load. Any surplus is used to charge the battery bank.
3. If the battery is full and load is satisfied, excess power is exported to the grid. When PV and battery are insufficient, the generator or grid automatically provides backup.
4. SmartLogger collects all data and uploads it to the server. Users can view status and change modes via the APP.
5. During grid outages, the inverter switches to off‑grid mode, using battery or generator to keep critical loads running.

1. What warranty do you offer?
For Sail Solar panels:
we provide 15-year product warranty, 30-year power warranty.
For Battery:
we provide10 years warranty, within 10 years, any quality problems, our company will provide free repair services. To send spare parts by our company and remotely assist customers in the repair. For any problems that occur after 10 years, our company will only provide paid repair services. The specific charging standards will also be negotiated based on the actual situation.
For Inverter:
5 years of warranty, within first 5 years, if malnulation occurs, pls contact us and describe your problem, send us pictures and videos, our technicians will access the problem to see if replacement parts involved.
2. Can I expand my 100kwh/125kwh high voltage lithium battery in the future?
Yes, the solar lithium battery energy system is designed with future expansion. Expansion modules must be compatible with the existing system in terms of voltage, communication protocols (CAN/RS485, etc.), and BMS integration. We recommend a site survey and system assessment before expansion to ensure proper integration. We strongly recommend that you choose our original battery clusters, rather than third‑party or mixed‑brand units.
3. Will system still generate electricity on cloudy or rainy days?
Yes, but the power output will drop significantly. On cloudy or rainy days, the sunlight is weak, and the system's power generation is usually only 10% to 25% of that on sunny days. At night, it does not generate any electricity at all. Also, stored energy in the battery can then be used during cloudy/rainy days and at night, ensuring a continuous and reliable power supply.
